In-Home Consultations:
$100 per hour + travel time @ $1.00 per mile

This is where your design plan is formed.  During this consultation, we will discuss your style, likes, dislikes, and expectations for the space.  We will have the opportunity to measure, take photos and tour the adjacent rooms to ensure proper “flow” is achieved.  

If you simply need ideas and advice on the space, we can give many suggestions and inspiration while in the home.  This may be enough for you and at that point you may choose to complete the space on your own.

If your project is more in-depth, we can create a furniture layout plan, and assist you in furnishing the space.  We can also give suggestions for improving the layout of the space.  

Virtual Design Consultation:
$100 per hour

In light of the recent global pandemic, we have restructured a bit to offer a Virtual Design Consultation option.  This option includes an optional 15-25 minute Zoom or Facetime design consultation where you have the opportunity to share your space.  We will discuss your style, likes, dislikes, and expectations for the space.  We can also have a phone conversation without video, and you can email photos of the space. 

This is also a great option for those who want to save money on the milage charge from 60805 to your home. 

After the Virtual Design Consultation, we would then move to the next phase, which would be “Selection of Furniture/Fixtures Etc.: $100 per hour” (see below).

Selection of Furniture/Fixtures Etc:
$100 per hour + travel time @ $1.00 per mile if applicable

Our current most popular service is more of a “virtual design” which follows the initial design consultation.  We put together selections of items from online sources that are ideal for the space.  A mood board of your design plan is created for you, as well as links to purchase the items directly. The selections would arrive to you via email within 30 days.  

We are also available to go to local stores and shop for accessories and small furniture items that would complement your space.  We will make one free round of adjustments/returns if they do not work for you. 

We are available to assist you in the renovation of your rooms, such as kitchens and bathrooms.  We have found it is most effective to share Pinterest boards, tour the space, chat about ideas and then if needed, we will meet with you to review samples that you have obtained to finalize choices. 

The virtual design service is also available and popular for your renovation.  Tiles, fixtures, flooring, paint, hardware etc., is curated for you and shared with you via mood board with links to purchase.  

Once we meet and discuss the scope of your project, we are able to give you a time estimate so that you know what to expect and are not surprised with an invoice.  

Paint Consultations:
$30 per room

We offer paint consultations, in fact, they are my specialty.  During this consultation, we bring Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore color fan decks.  We work with you to find the perfect color for the room.  Ceilings, trim, and paint finishes are also included.  

Fees/Pricing:

All prices listed next to services.  Payment is expected at the time of “consultation” whether it is “in-home” or a “paint consultation.”  All other time spent is billed to you via email, and is expected within 7 days via cash, check, Venmo or Paypal
